Silhouette Ratchet Blade

The Silhouette ratchet blade is a high-quality knife placed in a plastic, black cap, intended for use with all Silhouette plotters. The blade has a 10-step scale that allows you to precisely adjust the cutting parameters to the type of paper, foil or other materials and media used.

Unlike an automatic blade, the blade extension must be adjusted manually using a dedicated hole in the plotter.

• Paper up to approx. 300g
• Vinyl foil
• Flex and flock foils
• Tattoo material
• Thin foamiran up to 1mm
• Thin felt of good quality up to 1mm

• When the cut is inaccurate, jagged
• When it is necessary to significantly increase the pressure and extension compared to the settings we used earlier
