The device comes with a 2-year warranty.
The manufacturer provides one year warranty for the plotter, it does not include consumables.

2. What is the durability of the laser tube?

It is about 10,000 hours.

3. What is the price of a new tube?

The net cost of a 30W tube - 787 PLN
The net cost of a 50W tube - 1535zł

4. Do i have to take the exhaust outside?

Yes, the set with the plotter includes a tube that should be taken outside the building. In the absence of such an option, you can use an indoor filter: Beam Air

5. Is there a program included for operation?

Yes, in the set with the plotter you will receive Flux Studio software.
It is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux.
Flux Studio supports files: JPG / PNG / SVG / DXF.

In addition, you can use the Beam Go app for mobile devices.

6. Can I cut several sheets of paper at once?

Sheets can lie next to each other on the work area, but it is not possible to put several pieces into the plotter one on top of the other.
