Remote Plotter Installation

Remote installation and configuration of the plotter performed by an expert from the Wycinarni team. During the service, our employee will connect with you remotely and help you install, configure and connect the plotter.

Scope of service:

• Installing the plotter program
  
• Configuration and connection of the device
• Making a test cut
• Help in activating a free subscription (applies to Silhouette plotters)

Due Date:

• The date and time are set individually after purchase
  
• Duration: approx. 30 minutes

Installation is performed remotely. For this purpose, you must have an Internet connection and install the program we recommend. The connection during installation is secure and encrypted.

The service does not include training in how to use the plotter. We are not responsible for the inability to install the program if your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements necessary for the software to run.
