Cutting prints

Skycut plotters have a built-in high-quality camera that allows cutting prints. The technology used ensures high precision and cutting speed. The camera can read tags in any color, printed on many different materials, such as: papers, reflective foils, vinyl, flex, flock, or even transparent foil sheets.

Automatic charging

Skycut CX16 plotters are additionally equipped with an automatic charging sensor. Just place a sheet of paper or foil on the plotter rollers, and then the device will automatically load them under the rollers! This option is perfect for sticker production or repeat cutting to speed up your work with Skycut.

The position of each clamping roller can be individually set to adjust their spacing to the material being cut. This allows you to use the plotter without a cutting mat.

The plotter casing is made of metal, which makes it much more durable and stable. The device also has a professional, modern design.

The device has a high-sensitivity color touch screen. It allows you to easily operate the device in Polish, providing the most important functions of the Skycut CX16 plotter. It includes operations such as repeating the last action or multiple pattern duplication.

The plotter has built-in LED lighting with the ability to change the color of the light. This makes it easier to work in dark rooms and when cutting in the evening. The lighting also improves the precision of reading tags for the Print&Cut function.

Software

The included Sure Cuts A Lot 6 software is an easy-to-use program for operating cutting plotters from various manufacturers, including SkyCut devices. The software allows you to design your own patterns using simple tools and create text using fonts stored on your computer. You can also import graphics from external graphics programs. The license allows you to install the software on two computers. The license can be transferred to other devices multiple times, for example, if you change computers. The maximum cutting length for this version of the software is 180 cm. To cut longer projects, purchase the Pro version.

Creasing Tool

The Silhouette hook is a reliable aid for removing self-adhesive foils and thermal flex and flock foils. It allows you to remove excess material from the inside of cut-out designs, preparing it for transfer to the project surface. The Silhouette spatula is the perfect tool for lifting delicate paper designs from the mat. The pointed tip makes it easy to separate your design from the mat without tearing the paper.
