• In a situation where the value of the purchased Goods is higher than the nominal value of the Gift Card in a given transaction, the User is obliged to pay the difference between the price of the Goods and the value of the Gift Card by means of payment made via the Payment Service.

  a) using credit products, including installment or leasing
  b) choosing the payment option on delivery (cash on delivery, personal collection without prepayment).
  
  The issuance of a Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to goods and services tax (VAT) within the meaning of applicable tax law.
