Description

Silhouette Metallic Vinyl - Rose Gold - 23cm can be cut without using a mat in Portrait series plotters. In the case of Cameo, Cameo Plus and Cameo Pro models, it is necessary to move the plotter rollers to a smaller spacing. Without using a mat, you can also cut this foil in Brother plotters thanks to a dedicated feeder. You can also use the foil with plotters from other companies, such as Cricut, Brother, xTool M1 or Skycut.

Silhouette self-adhesive foil – how to use it?

Load the foil directly into the plotter or stick a fragment of it on the mat if your plotter has a different roller spacing. For cutting this foil, the manufacturer's "Vinyl, metallic" settings will work well in Silhouette plotters. Then, after unloading the pattern from the plotter, remove unnecessary pieces of foil. To work with foil, we recommend purchasing tools such as a hook or scraper to make the process easier and faster. To make the cut-out elements easier to transfer, it is worth purchasing additional transfer foil. It allows you to transfer the entire pattern to the target surface
