Heat Transfer Live – 07.11.2025 – Contest Rules

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the contest under the name “Quick Answer – Live on 07.11.2025” (hereinafter: the “Contest”) is IMPRESS CREATIVES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, headquartered in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11, 40-750 Katowice, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000874714, with REGON 387743385 and NIP 9542821471 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

2. The Contest is in no way sponsored, supported, administered, or associated with the YouTube platform.

3. The Contest will be conducted during a live broadcast on the YouTube channel “Wycinarnia.pl” on November 7, 2025 (Friday) at 19:00 CET.

4. The Contest has a promotional and educational nature, aiming to increase engagement within the Wycinarnia.pl channel community and to popularize knowledge about heat transfer techniques.

§2. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

1. Any natural person may participate in the Contest if they:
   a) are at least 18 years old,
   b) have an active YouTube account,
   c) are a subscriber of the YouTube channel “Wycinarnia.pl”,
   d) are present during the live broadcast on 07.11.2025.

2. Employees of the Organizer, collaborators, members of the jury (if applicable), and their immediate family members, i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings, and persons living in the same household, are not allowed to participate.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the Contest rules, including spamming the chat, using multiple accounts, or other unfair actions.

4. The Organizer may request the winner to confirm their subscription (e.g., via a screenshot).

5. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

6. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

§3. CONTEST RULES

1. During the live broadcast, the host will ask a question related to plotters, heat presses, or heat transfer techniques.

2. The first person who correctly answers the question in the live chat comment and meets the subscription requirement of the “Wycinarnia.pl” channel wins.

3. In the event of several nearly simultaneous correct answers, the winner will be determined based on the order of comment display on the Organizer’s side.

4. Only one winner will be selected in the Contest.

5. The winner will be announced during the live broadcast.

6. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest due to reasons beyond its control, including technical issues during the live broadcast.

§4. PRIZE

1. The prize in the Contest is a Loklik Mini Heat Press (pink) valued at PLN 199.99 gross, available at https://wycinarnia.pl.

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Only one prize is available in the Contest.

4. The Organizer will cover the shipping cost of the prize within Poland.

5. Participants are not entitled to any claims in case of non-receipt of the prize, except as provided in these Rules.

§5. PRIZE COLLECTION

1. The winner must, within 3 calendar days of the broadcast, send an email to kontakt@wycinarnia.pl with the necessary information for shipping:

   • full name,

   • shipping address,

   • contact phone number,

   • email address.

2. Failure to contact the Organizer within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will remain at the Organizer’s disposal.

3. The winner agrees to the publication of their YouTube nickname in the chat or in the broadcast description for the purpose of announcing the results.

§6. PERSONAL DATA

1. The data controller of participants’ personal data is IMPRESS CREATIVES Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11.

2. Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, including prize delivery.

3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to issue the prize.

4. Data will be processed for the time necessary to conduct the Contest and handle potential complaints, while the winner’s data will be retained for 30 days after prize shipment.

5. Participants have the right to access, correct, limit processing, and request deletion of their data.

6. The legal basis for data processing is the participant’s consent resulting from participation in the Contest (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§7. COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the Contest may be submitted electronically to kontakt@wycinarnia.pl.

2. Complaints can be submitted within 7 days from the end of the Contest.

3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Contest Rules are available on the website wycinarnia.pl or in the live broadcast description.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules, provided that it does not worsen the participants’ conditions.

3. Matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

4. The Contest is an educational game and is not a game of chance, mutual bet, or promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act.

5. YouTube is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the Contest. The Organizer bears full responsibility for its proper conduct.
