RULES OF THE CONTEST “Quick Answer – Live from 07.12.2025”

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the contest titled “Quick Answer – Live from 07.12.2025” (hereinafter: “Contest”) is IMPRESS CREATIVES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11, 40-750 Katowice, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000874714, REGON 387743385, NIP 9542821471 (hereinafter: “Organizer”).
The Contest is not sponsored, supported, managed, or associated with YouTube.
The Contest is held during a YouTube live stream on the “Wycinarnia.pl” channel on 7 December 2025 at 19:00.
The Contest is promotional and educational, aimed at increasing engagement within the Wycinarnia.pl community and promoting knowledge about Silhouette cutting machines.

§2. PARTICIPANTS

Any natural person who: (a) is at least 18 years old, (b) has an active YouTube account, (c) is a subscriber of the “Wycinarnia.pl” YouTube channel, and (d) is present during the live stream on 21.11.2025 may participate.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and individuals sharing a household) may not participate.
The Organizer may exclude participants violating the Rules, including spamming, using multiple accounts, or other unfair practices.
The Organizer may request the winner to confirm their subscription (e.g., via screenshot).
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
Participating in the Contest means accepting these Rules.

§3. CONTEST RULES

During the live stream, the host will ask a question related to Silhouette plotters.
The winner is the first participant who provides the correct answer in the live chat and meets all other requirements.
If several answers appear almost simultaneously, the Organizer’s chat display order is decisive.
One winner will be selected.
The winner will be announced during the live stream.
The Organizer may pause or cancel the Contest due to reasons beyond their control, including technical issues.

§4. PRIZE

The prize is a Silhouette foiling precision tool.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.
Only one prize is available.
The prize will be shipped by courier within Poland at the Organizer’s expense.
Participants have no claims for non-receipt of the prize except as provided in the Rules.

§5. PRIZE COLLECTION

The winner must email: kontakt@wycinarnia.pl within 3 calendar days after the live stream, providing their shipping address and phone number.
If the winner does not make contact in time, the prize is forfeited.
The winner agrees to the publication of their YouTube nickname in the chat or description of the stream.

§6. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data controller is IMPRESS CREATIVES Sp. z o.o., Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11.
Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of the Contest, including awarding the prize.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive the prize.
Data will be stored only for the time needed for the Contest and potential complaints; winner data will be kept for 30 days after prize shipment.
Participants have the right to access, correct, limit processing, or request deletion of their data.
Data processing is based on the participant’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§7. COMPLAINTS

Complaints related to the Contest may be submitted via email: kontakt@wycinarnia.pl
Complaints may be submitted within 7 days after the Contest ends.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Rules are available on wycinarnia.pl.
The Organizer may amend the Rules as long as it does not worsen participation conditions.
Matters not regulated herein follow the Civil Code.
The Contest is an educational game and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling game.
YouTube is not responsible for the Contest; the Organizer is solely responsible.
