xTool P2 CO2 Laser Plotter

The xTool P2 CO2 laser plotter, thanks to its 55W power, is a device that allows you to easily and quickly cut hard and thick materials such as plywood up to 12mm thick, walnut wood up to 18mm thick or acrylic up to 20mm thick. With its help, you can also engrave many surfaces, including wood, leather, metal, acrylic, glass, plastic, marble, slate and paper. The maximum height of engraved items without the use of a stand is 6.8 cm. You will achieve the best results at a speed of 600mm/s and an accuracy of 0.01mm, which guarantees fast and extremely precise work. A Class IV device means that the housing can be disassembled in accordance with the instruction manual in order to attach accessories such as a stand. However, this requires the use of appropriate precautions. It should be noted, however, that when using the plotter without using accessories that require opening the housing, the device retains the operating characteristics of a class I plotter.

The xTool P2 laser plotter is a device with quite large dimensions - 1000 x 639 x 268 mm. Thanks to this, it has a large working area (660 x 355 mm) with the possibility of cutting and engraving on a surface of 600 x 308 mm, allowing the execution of unique, extensive projects.

You can also attach a rotary module to the xTool P2 laser plotter (sold separately), which will allow you to engrave cylindrical and round objects such as mugs, thermos flasks, Christmas tree baubles, rings, even irregular champagne glasses and many others. When using the module, you can engrave objects with a diameter of 3 to 42 mm. When using the module in combination with an extension, engraved objects can have a diameter from 0 to 180 mm.

The plotter is equipped with two cameras. Thanks to the panoramic camera and live preview, you can engrave many objects placed on the surface of the working field by simply adapting the pattern layout in the program to them. The magnifying camera allows you to zoom in on even small objects and precisely place the desired pattern on their surface. The device also allows you to engrave curved and bent objects thanks to the ability to automatically create 3D patterns during processing. Security

The xTool P2 CO2 laser plotter is a device that requires compliance with basic safety rules. Due to their harmful nature, exhaust gases generated during laser cutting and engraving should be discharged through a dedicated pipe outside the building where we work or directly into a separate ventilation duct. If it is not possible to exhaust exhaust gases through the ventilation opening, you should purchase a dedicated filter with replaceable cartridges that will catch harmful particles, smoke and unpleasant odors. To further increase safety when using the machine, it is equipped with a multiple warning system that monitors parameters such as the temperature of the motherboard, cooling system or the amount of cooling water and warns in the event of any irregularities. If any complications occur during the operation of the device, you can use the "emergency stop" button, which will immediately turn it off. xTool P2 is compatible with the xTool Fire Suppression Kit (sold separately), which detects a flame, then triggers an alarm and extinguishes the fire. The device is equipped with a cover that closes automatically during operation. Moreover, thanks to hydraulic actuators that maintain the cover at an angle of 70′, you will avoid accidental closing when placing or removing a project inside the plotter.
