xTool Air Assist

The xTool Air Assist air pump is an accessory that will work well in your workshop if you value products made of the highest quality down to the smallest detail and want to maximize the life of the parts of the xTool M1 hybrid plotter. The Air Assist system will minimize the effect of burning materials during laser cutting of the hybrid plotter, and its lens and other elements will last longer, which will reduce the cost of operating the device. The pump requires self-assembly.

Minimizing the burning of the material during laser cutting

This is the main, but not the only, task of the Air Assist air pump. It minimizes the tan effect on the edges and surface of cut materials such as plywood, thanks to which projects will gain a new level of aesthetics and a more professional look.

Extending the life of hybrid plotter components

This applies to all elements inside the plotter housing that are exposed to dirt and deposits generated during laser cutting, but is best visible in the example of the laser lens. Thanks to the blower, this extremely important element of the plotter will be less exposed to harmful factors such as burning or dust during operation.

Air Assist pumps up to 30 liters of air per minute, which not only proves the high efficiency of this accessory, but also allows you to achieve maximum efficiency of the plotter itself when cutting with a laser.
