The electrostatic mat, thanks to its power supply, creates an electrostatic field that is able to keep delicate and thin materials, such as thin paper or tissue paper, on the surface, without the need to use a mat covered with glue. Thanks to this, you will avoid the risk of curling or tearing, even openwork designs made of delicate materials. An interesting solution is the possibility of cutting patterns in wafer paper on the platform, which allows you to make unique decorations for cakes or cupcakes.* 

The platform is not included in the set and must be purchased separately.

By using the mat, you will forget about the difficult and long-term cleaning of the mat covered with glue from material remnants left after cutting. All you need to do is wipe off any remaining paper or tissue paper from the surface of the mat and that's it!
