Sawgrass SG1000 Sublimation Printer is the first desktop device adapted to sublimation printing. It is a fully integrated solution structurally adapted to this technology. With SG1000 you can create high-quality prints in A3 format (up to 28 x 43 cm). This is an ideal printer, especially for growing companies that want to expand their range with personalized products.

The possibilities of the Sawgrass SG1000

The Sawgrass SG1000 Sublimation Printer allows you to print using gel sublimation inks. This is a new generation device ensuring the highest print quality with a resolution of up to 4880 x 1200 dpi. Thanks to sublimation, you can make prints on T-shirts, bags or pillows. You can also decorate mugs, key rings, phone cases and many others using this technique. Simply print your chosen pattern on dedicated paper. Then apply it to the target surface and heat it using a heat press.

Dedicated solution

Sawgrass printers have been designed specifically for sublimation printing. This is a dedicated application unlike many printers on the market that are customized for sublimation. This ensures much greater comfort of work and reliability of the device. A special cleaning system prevents the printer nozzle from clogging. Printing is done using dedicated SubliJet-UHD gel ink.
