CONTEST RULES “Quick Answer – Live from 21.11.2025”

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the contest titled “Quick Answer – Live from 21.11.2025” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is IMPRESS CREATIVES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11, 40-750 Katowice, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000874714, REGON 387743385, NIP 9542821471 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. The Contest is in no way sponsored, supported, administered, or associated with the YouTube platform.

3. The Contest will be conducted during a live broadcast on the “Wycinarnia.pl” YouTube channel on November 21, 2025 (Friday) at 7:00 PM (CET).

4. The Contest is promotional and educational in nature. Its goal is to increase engagement among the Wycinarnia.pl channel community and to promote knowledge about xTool laser cutters.

§2. PARTICIPANTS

1. Any natural person who meets the following conditions may participate in the Contest:
   a) is at least 18 years old,
   b) has an active YouTube account,
   c) is a subscriber of the “Wycinarnia.pl” YouTube channel,
   d) is present during the live broadcast on November 21, 2025.

2. Employees, collaborators of the Organizer, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, or persons living in the same household) are not eligible to participate.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Rules, including by spamming the chat, using multiple accounts, or engaging in other unfair practices.

4. The Organizer may ask the winner to confirm their subscription (e.g., by providing a screenshot).

5. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

6. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

§3. CONTEST RULES

1. During the live broadcast, the host will ask a question related to xTool laser cutters.

2. The winner will be the first person to correctly answer the question in the live chat comments and who meets all other conditions of these Rules.

3. In the event that multiple answers appear almost simultaneously, the order of comments as displayed on the Organizer’s side will determine the winner.

4. Only one winner will be selected in the Contest.

5. The winner will be announced during the live broadcast.

6. The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the Contest due to reasons beyond its control, including technical failures of the live stream.

§4. PRIZE

1. The prize in the Contest is a voucher worth PLN 300 (gross) to be used in the online store https://wycinarnia.pl for products in the “Laser Cutters” category.

2. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other equivalent.

3. Only one prize is available in the Contest.

4. The prize will be sent to the winner electronically via e-mail.

5. Participants are not entitled to any claims for failure to receive the prize except in cases provided for in these Rules.

§5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

1. The winner must send an e-mail to kontakt@wycinarnia.pl within 3 calendar days after the live broadcast.

2. The Organizer will reply to the e-mail with the prize (the voucher).

3. If the winner fails to contact the Organizer within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and remain at the Organizer’s disposal.

4. The winner agrees to the publication of their YouTube nickname in the live chat or broadcast description for the purpose of announcing the results.

§6. PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of the participants’ personal data is IMPRESS CREATIVES Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11.

2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and delivering the prize.

3. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive the prize.

4. Data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the Contest and handle any complaints. The winner’s data will be stored for 30 days after the prize is sent.

5. Participants have the right to access, correct, restrict processing, or request deletion of their data.

6. The legal basis for processing data is the participant’s consent resulting from participation in the Contest (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

§7. COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted electronically to kontakt@wycinarnia.pl.

2. Complaints may be submitted within 7 days from the end date of the Contest.

3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Contest Rules are available on the website wycinarnia.pl.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules, provided that such amendments do not worsen the participants’ conditions of participation.

3. Any matters not covered by these Rules are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

4. The Contest is an educational game and is not a game of chance, betting, or promotional lottery within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act.

5. The YouTube platform is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the Contest. The Organizer bears full responsibility for its proper execution.
