In the content please provide:

- date and place of purchase of the equipment
- device model and serial number
- describe the problem in detail
Attach to your message:
- a movie where the problem arises
And in the case of a plotter, additional photos:
- loaded mat
- blade inserted into the plotter holder
- project in the plotter program along with visible cutting settings

After receiving this information, our service technician will inform you about the time, options and possible costs of repair.

Cleaning the device
Plotter SPA
By using this service periodically, you will ensure the comfort of reliable operation of the device.
Take advantage of maintenance, especially when: plotter elements such as pressure rollers, drive shaft, guides or carriage are significantly dirty (e.g. with glue for regenerating mats), there are cutting problems - e.g. line shifts, the plotter makes unusual sounds during operation.

Duration
The standard cleaning service lasts from 2 to 3 business days.
This period may be extended if parts of the device need to be replaced, which we will inform you about immediately after receiving the equipment.
Price
The standard maintenance cost of a plotter with a cutting width of up to 41 cm is PLN 150 net + courier shipping cost.
The cost of maintaining larger devices is assessed individually.
If it is necessary to replace parts, we will contact you individually after inspecting the device and inform you about the possibilities and pricing of activities in this area.
