Information regarding complaints and returns.
Product Return
In our store, you can return a physical product within 14 days from the date you received the shipment or collected it from our store. We encourage you to contact us before making a return.
Fill in the return form (download here).
Securely pack the shipment.
Send the package to the following address:

Wait for the refund (within 14 days from the delivery of the return shipment).
IMPORTANT:
 Please remember that returns, in accordance with regulations, can be made by private individuals or sole proprietors. A return of goods purchased with an invoice is only possible if the purchase is not related to the conducted business activity and does not have a professional character.
 Digital content such as ebooks and software activation codes are non-returnable.
How to Pack Products?
If possible, pack the product in its original packaging. Add protective filling.
 For plotters: move the blade carriage to the right side of the machine and fill the empty space inside the plotter with paper or bubble wrap.
 Before packing, disconnect all cables from electronic devices.
 Avoid sticking tape directly to products or their original packaging – if possible, wrap the packaging in paper or foil.
The sender is responsible for any damage to the goods during transport!
How is the Refund Processed?
New product
 You will receive a refund of 100% of the order value to the bank account you provide.
Used product
 You will receive a refund reduced by the value of wear and tear – e.g. cutting mat, blade, design coupon, mechanical damage (including those resulting from improper packing of the device for transport).
The refund will be transferred to the account provided in the return form within 14 days from the date the returned product is delivered.
Warranty
Electronic devices sold in our store are covered by warranty.

Wait for the complaint decision (within 14 days from the delivery of the shipment).
