WYCINARNIA.PL AFFILIATION SYSTEM REGULATIONS

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Wycinarnia.pl – rules of cooperation, commission settlements, and discount code promotion. Learn how to earn by recommending Wycinarnia.pl products.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WYCINARNIA.PL
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the affiliate program is IMPRESS CREATIVES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Pierwiosnków 11, 40-750 Katowice, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000874714, REGON: 387743385, NIP: 9542821471 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

  2. The purpose of the affiliate program is to promote products available on the website www.wycinarnia.pl through promotional activities carried out by Participants.

  3. The program is based on a system of discount codes individually assigned to each Participant.

§2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

  1. Only individuals approved by the Organizer may participate in the program.

  2. A Participant in the program may be:
    a) a natural person conducting unregistered business activity,
    b) a natural person conducting business activity,
    c) a legal entity.

  3. A condition for participation in the program is signing a written cooperation agreement with the Organizer.

  4. The cooperation is concluded for an indefinite period.

  5. The Participant's task is to promote products available on www.wycinarnia.pl and share their individual discount code, in exchange for which they receive financial benefits in the form of a percentage commission from sales generated using that code.

  6. Each Participant may have more than one discount code.

  7. Codes may be shared, among others, on blogs, websites, social media channels, YouTube, etc.

§3. SYSTEM OPERATION RULES

  1. Each Participant is assigned an individual discount code (e.g., "INSTA5"), which may be publicly shared with customers of Wycinarnia.pl.

  2. The discount code provides the customer with a percentage discount on purchases – the discount amount is set individually and assigned in the system.

  3. Orders placed using the Participant’s code are the basis for commission calculation.

  4. Commissions are calculated only from successfully paid orders (payment received or paid upon delivery).

  5. Commission is calculated based on the gross value of the orders.

  6. The Participant is not allowed to use their own discount code for purchases on Wycinarnia.pl. Orders placed using the Participant's own code are not eligible for commission and will be excluded from the settlement.

§4. PARTICIPANT PANEL AND SETTLEMENTS

  1. The Participant receives access to the affiliate panel within the online store.

  2. The panel includes:
    a) a list of active discount codes (code name, discount value, validity period, possible exclusions),
    b) a list of transactions completed using the codes (date, code, order value, commission earned, transaction number).

  3. The Participant can filter data by date range and specific code.

  4. Once a month, the Participant may generate a commission summary by clicking the “Generate Settlement” button.

  5. The system generates a PDF file with the following summary:
    • Date range
    • Code name
    • Number of uses
    • Order value (gross)
    • Commission amount (gross)

  6. After generating the summary, the Participant issues a bill or invoice to the following entity: Impress Creatives Sp. z o.o., ul. Pierwiosnków 11, 40-750 Katowice, NIP: 9542821471. The gross amount should match the commission value. The transfer title should be: "Commission under the cooperation agreement".

  7. The issued document should be sent to the following email address: faktury@wycinarnia.pl

  8. The commission will be transferred to the Participant's bank account within 7 business days.

§5. CONTROL AND SUSPENSION

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to review content promoting the code, including compliance with regulations and content quality.

  2. The Organizer may suspend a code at any time without stating a reason.

  3. After cooperation ends, the discount code may remain active, but the Participant will no longer receive commission from its use.

  4. The Participant is not allowed to use their own discount code for purchases on Wycinarnia.pl. Orders placed using the Participant's own code are not eligible for commission and will be excluded from the settlement.

§6. CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the commission rates and cooperation terms.

  2. Information provided in the affiliate panel is intended solely for the Participant and must not be shared with third parties.

§7. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

  1. The cooperation may be terminated by either party with a 7-day notice period, by sending information via email.

  2. In the event of contract termination, the Participant will receive a commission settlement for the period until the termination date, in accordance with the procedure described in §4.

  3. The Organizer may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of a breach of these Terms, damage to the Wycinarnia.pl brand, or failure to respond to requests to correct improperly labeled promotional content.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with prior notice to the Participants.

  2. The Organizer may terminate cooperation with a Participant in the event of a breach of the Terms or actions contrary to the interests of the Wycinarnia.pl brand.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
