xTool Grease - 10g

xTool guideway grease is a practical product for regular laser plotter maintenance. Laser plotters, like any mechanical device, require periodic maintenance. Maintenance frequency

The guides and bearings should be lubricated regularly to prevent rust and ensure proper operation. If you use the laser cutter for more than 8 hours per day, lubricate the guides and bearings every 15 days. If you use the laser cutter for no more than 2 hours per day, lubricate the guides and bearings every 2 months.

Guide lubrication instructions

• Before maintenance, clean the dirt and impurities from the surface of the drive shaft.
• During maintenance, spread evenly the grease, wipe off excess grease, and make sure the drive shaft is clean and free of impurities.
• After maintenance, manually move the laser module to ensure it is working properly.
