How to use TPU vacuum forming film

Step 1: Preparing the film and device Remove the protective film before starting. Place the TPU sheet into the vacuum forming unit/device.
Step 2: Heating and forming Heat the TPU sheet, then vacuum-form it over the selected object (mold).
Step 3: Cooling and removing the mold Allow the formed material to cool. Once cooled, gently remove the finished mold.
Step 4: Pouring, curing, and removing the finished casting Pour the chosen material (e.g., epoxy resin, plaster, wax, or chocolate) into the formed mold. Allow it to cure, then remove the finished project from the flexible mold.
