Formaldehyde Filter xTool SafetyPro AP2 Max

Formaldehyde Filter xTool SafetyPro AP2 Max is a specialized, multi-layer filtration module designed for the xTool AP2 Max air purifier, created to remove volatile organic compounds, especially formaldehyde generated during laser cutting and engraving.

Unlike standard activated carbon layers, the formaldehyde filter in the AP2 Max:

• captures formaldehyde molecules (HCHO) from the air,
• then chemically breaks them down into harmless substances: water (H₂O) and carbon dioxide (CO₂),
• providing a deeper level of purification than standard odor or particle filtration.

In the AP2 Max filtration system as a whole:

• acts as the final and most advanced layer of gas purification,
• works together with HEPA and carbon filters,
• complements the SuperCyclone system, which first removes larger particles and dust,
• the high-efficiency filter lifespan is 100 hours.
  

The manufacturer’s app allows you to monitor the usage level of each filter cartridge, enabling you to plan replacements in advance. Thanks to a special system, replacement is quick and convenient, without the need to disassemble the device.
