Is the plotter printing?

If you care about cutting graphics that you do not print yourself, the solution may be a plotter with a scanner function (Brother SDX) or a Pixscan mat dedicated to Silhouette plotters.

Will I receive an invoice?

Of course, when placing an order in the basket, select the document option you need: invoice, personal invoice or receipt.
After finalizing the order, you will receive an invoice in electronic form.

How long will I wait for the order?

Orders placed before 12:00 on working days are sent by courier on the same day. The exception is large-size shipments of laser and professional plotters, which are transported using dedicated pallet transport, which means that the time of sending the package is up to 3 working days.

If you have already received your order and want to use the 14-day right of return.
- Remember that the return in accordance with the regulations can be made by private persons or persons running a sole proprietorship.
- The return of goods purchased against an invoice is possible only if the purchase is related to business activity, but is not of a professional nature.
- Digital content, i.e. e-books and software activation codes, cannot be returned.

When working with a plotter, consumables include the blade and the mat, which will naturally wear out during the cutting process. Their consumption will depend on what material and how much we will be cutting.

You can design patterns for cutting by yourself in a plotter program or other program dedicated to vector graphics. You can also use patterns available in stores of the producent of a given plotter or other platforms, e.g. [www.cutting-space.com](https://www.cutting-space.com).

How can I learn how to use plotter?

For each plotter, you will receive a Polish-language manual from us in which you will find all the necessary information on how to install and register the device and learn the basics of the included graphic program.
